2. Detailed Policy

Eligibility for Return

  • You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • To qualify, items must be unused, in resalable condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and any promotional gifts.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support via your order page or email with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide a return shipping label or instructions.

  3. Please wait for RA approval before shipping; any unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  4. Items must be returned with original packaging, including all accessories, user manuals, and quick-start guides. Used items returned without the contents of the original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
  5. After Petcantalk receives the returned item, you'll be notified within 3–5 business days. The refund will be processed as a store credit or credited back to your original payment account withint 5 business days

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Unless defective, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  • We recommend using a trackable method and keeping your receipt—Pet Can Talk is not liable for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2–3 business days), we'll notify you if the return is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 10 days with photos and order details.

  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return and offer either a replacement or a full refund once verified.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Clearance items, customized items, or items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
  • Assembled or disassembled products
  • Products without original packaging, original contents, or with severe damage to original packaging
  • Returns received without a prior return authorization (see complete return process below)
